Couch to 5K


I am lacing up and hitting the pavement.....and I have been for the last 6 weeks. Today I finished day 2 of week 6 of the "Couch to 5k" running program. It's a 9 week program that gradually helps non-athletic people (me) get out and start running and complete a 5k. I am now 2/3rds of the way through the program and I can't believe how great I am doing. Didn't think I had it in me to ever be really athletic. But it works. I am starting to dislike my non-running days now. Reese is doing it with me and rockin' it too. Stay tuned for our 5k updates!!

I just ran a 5K not too long ago. So fun! I'm glad you're getting into running, I love it! ps WHEN are we going to hang out? Seriously though. We need a plan. SOON! love ya girl :)

Running is addicting, I think everyone should do it. Having said that, I haven't been running in 7 months. But you have motivated me to pick it up again--after my body is my own again.
